Are you licensed?

What We Build
What We Build
What kind of work do you do?
Four services, all residential: kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, home additions, and home remodeling — whole-home and multi-room renovation. See our Services overview for the full list.
Do you do handyman work or small repairs?
No. We do full remodels and additions. No handyman work, no small repairs.
Do you do commercial work?
No. We work on residential properties only.
What is the smallest project you take on?
Our projects start at $40,000. See our cost page for what drives the number on each kind of project.
Permits and Paperwork
Permits and Paperwork
Do you pull the permits?
Yes. We pull the permits on our projects. We do not ask the homeowner to do it.
Who issues the permit — the county or my town?
The county does not issue building permits. The building department of your city, town, or village does. See our permits and licensing guide for the building department that covers your town.
Does my addition need architectural review?
It depends on the municipality. Many Westchester towns and villages have a review board that looks at exterior changes. See our permits and licensing guide for what each town requires.
What if my house is on septic or in a flood zone?
Both can add steps before construction starts. A bedroom addition on septic can bring the county Health Department into the review, and a large remodel in a flood zone can trigger the 50% substantial improvement rule. See our permits and licensing guide for the details.
